Technological skills are becoming more and more used in mastering essential skills, such as informational, methodological and cognitive skills. As a result, the REPTIC / IT REP Network created the 2014 ICT Profile for students, following in the path of the 2009 ICT Profile. Teachers and colleges can rely on this framework to support their mastering of these essential skills.
The ICT Profile for College Students is made up of skills based on research, processing and presenting information, to which are added skills that help students network and use ICTs efficiently and responsibly. During 2014-2015, the ICT Profile for Students’ team, in collaboration with ICT partners from the College Network, REBICQ (the group for college libraries) and Diapason, will carry out different projects aimed at offering a set of resources to support the integration of skills from the Profile into the classroom.
